After a long time

Hello. I guess its time to update this dusty rusty blog. I've stop updating since I've got a new blog which I don't intend to make it public. Well, many things have happened lately. First off, I'm officially done with my last exam paper which took place on the 12th.

On the 14th and 15th of March, 7 of us, my brothers, sister and a few cousins and I attended ESQ training for teens which was sponsored by our dear aunts. Honestly, at first, my sister and I, we are one of a hell. We were fucking stubborn, making up excuses and stuff not to attend the training because we thought its a waste of time and money. Why not, cos its a few hundred bucks per person. Might as well, just give us the money and we can use it for something useful. Plus the training is from 7am - 7pm on both days. And we don't want to burn our Saturday. But well in the end, we attend it for the sake of our grandma, aunties, our parents. We learned a lot of things, get to know many people. It was a fruitful two-day experience which we honestly enjoyed very much. Weird but true. It has brought us to know the meaning of life. And to know the main duty of our life. There were tears and laughter during those two days. Haha. When I think back about it, I can't believe I actually survived a total of 24 hours.

17 March, a movie date with Iyl. After much anticipating, I finally watch Step Up 2. It was ehhh...okay. A bit of disappointment though, it could be better. There were too little of Channing Tatum. But overall, yeahhh...I guess it's okay to watch it.

19 March, I went shopping. Its been a while since I last shopped. Bought a few dresses. When I got home, I was surprised when my dad out of a sudden, gave me a Guess handbag, some tops, a dress and some makeup kit for me and my sister. It was very unusual of him. Haha.

21 March, Oooo Weeee! (Being sarcastic) I'm now what? Part of ESQ Alumni? Haha. We went to Raffles Marina at Tuas for some talk. My mum now attended the ESQ training for Executive and she told us she saw Suhaimi Yusof. Well apparently he joined ESQ too. Well, I'm sure some of you guys would be wondering what ESQ is all about. You should check it out.

ESQ is the Oxygen
ESQ is not a political organization.
ESQ is not NGO.
ESQ is like oxygen. It is neutral and colourless.
ESQ is an independant training center on human resources
development using the ESQ Way 165.

"ESQ stands for Emotional Spiritual Quotient. It is known to mankind that IQ (intellectual quotient) is a necessary tool, but EQ (emotional quotient) and SQ (spiritual quotient) are equally (if not more) important. These three will create knowledge, skill and attitude. IQ alone is insufficient to ensure success. The Institute of Carnegie discovered, out of ten thousand successful people, only 1500 (15%) resulting from technical competency, and 8500 (85%) are due to personality. The Institute of Carnegie discovered, out of ten thousand successful people, only 1500 (15%) resulting from technical competency, and 8500 (85%) are due to personality. So it's quite important to develop your emotional and spiritual quotient as well. The training is focused on personal development through the integration of the IQ, EQ and SQ, but pays special attention to the EQ and SQ. The integration of these values would contribute to increase and improvement of individual performance that would then lead to increase in productivity of the world."

Haha. Its a copy and paste information. Well, apparently, my family is very close to the ESQ network in Singapore. My grandma's brother manage the ESQ in Singapore so I have no choice. Sooner or later, I have to attend it. So I chose to do it now rather than later. Its all for our own good so why not.

So whats up with me now?

I'm planning to work. But I'm not quite sure yet. My aunt, who is a teacher is forcing me to go for a training to be a teacher. Haha. You got to be kidding me. I don't want to end up getting so stress up and end up in some mental hospital. I know, I know. Not all teacher will go berserk.

Let see ehhhh...Me? A teacher? Who knows...maybe one day. :D
