From what i heard from some of my friends in indonesia, the film, Heart has somehow quite the same storyline like a bollywood film but not the ending.

Ok. So both Luna and Rachel are admitted to the same hospital. Luna desperately needed a donor for her heart from the cirrhosis she had suffered. While Rachel, on the other hand, she realised her leg had to be amputated.

At this point of time Farel had to choose between his bestfriend and his soulmate. Guess what? He chose to be with both, but more attention is on Luna.

Till at the end, Rachel died. While Farel... hmm... well... he felt a total lost without his childhood friend. Luna, however survive, and true enough, Rachel were the one who donate her heart to Luna.

After both Farel and Luna married and give birth to a child, Farel then, was brave enough to climb the tree that is normally climb by Rachel. There, he saw something, a carving. A carving that was carve by Rachel using her pen-knife many many years back. It was written Rachel and Farel with a heart drawn around it. Sweet eyy? But a sad ending though.
